30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
  • Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photographs if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address once your request has been reviewed and approved. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • Any damage

We’ll assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution where appropriate.


Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days provided the item remains:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Perishable goods
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only.

Although we work closely with our fulfilment partners, occasional delays caused by customs, couriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

We’ll always do our best to keep you updated should any significant delays arise.


Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement or your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us.

We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.
